Aligning brand and ambition
We partnered with Belasko to strengthen its external brand presence and support its ambitions for growth beyond the Channel Islands. As an independently owned fund and fiduciary administration business, Belasko needed a brand that better reflected who it is today and where it’s heading.
The brief was about more than just refreshing the logo or tweaking the colour palette. It was about redefining how Belasko shows up in a competitive market and ensuring that every aspect of the brand clearly communicates its value. That meant focusing not only on design, but also on messaging, digital presence and practical rollout.
The ambition was clear. Belasko wanted to be seen as a trusted, forward-thinking partner that delivers with intelligence, precision and care. The new brand needed to reflect this mindset while also supporting wider business goals across marketing, sales, recruitment and client experience.
We began with a brand workshop to get to the heart of the business
Through our initial discovery questionnaire and in-session collaboration, we gained deep insight into Belasko’s current positioning, business goals and audience expectations.
What emerged was a clear disconnect between how the business operated internally and how it presented itself externally. Belasko was confident, proactive and intelligent behind the scenes, but its brand felt muted and indistinct. It became obvious that this wasn’t just a brand refresh. It was a full redefinition.
Our job became reframing Belasko’s identity around a mindset of clarity, confidence and client-first thinking. Working closely with the team, we built out audience personas, clarified brand values and developed vision and mission statements with a view to the future. We identified underused differentiators like independence, intelligence and service consistency, and positioned them at the core of the new brand.
The brand strategy was built on three key pillars: intelligence with edge, confident simplicity and quiet boldness. Together, they formed the foundation of Belasko’s new creative direction. From this, we developed a positioning statement and tone of voice that capture what makes the business distinct.
Belasko is not just a service provider. It’s a partner that brings clarity, control and confidence. Its clients want more than just admin. They want a relationship-first approach, intelligent support and operational precision. This insight shaped every decision from messaging to design.
From here, we translated the strategy into a complete brand identity. We developed a new logomark, colour palette, typography, graphic system and tone of voice that reflect Belasko’s ambition and personality. The identity is sharp, modern and confident, creating space for clarity, trust and long-term thinking to take centre stage.
In parallel, we designed and developed a brand-new website. The site is fully responsive and designed with conversion in mind. It combines an improved user experience with elevated visuals and clear messaging to create a confident, intuitive experience that supports both growth and lead generation.
The final stage was rollout. We applied the new brand across key marketing and sales materials, including pitch decks, factsheets and event collateral, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.
