About the
project
THE BRIEF
Saffery are a top 20 firm of chartered accountants and registered fiduciaries with 15 offices worldwide including the UK, Dubai, Dublin, Geneva, Guernsey and Zurich. They’ve been around for over 160 years, providing advice to their clients on everything from corporate finance to asset protection to wealth management.
To support the high-profile wealth offer in the client’s Swiss office, we were asked to design and print a super-premium brochure for their wealth and succession planning service.
THE PROCESS/STRATEGY
Having previously focussed on B2B collateral, our clients were new to creating material that spoke directly to the end customer so we worked closely together to understand what clients are looking for when choosing a trustee.
As well as providing the right content, the publication needed to be prestigious and visually striking enough to stand out in luxurious offices. Taking inspiration from the beautiful scenery of the Swiss Alps we created a full bleed wrap around cover, finished with an intricate spot UV illustration.
Proactively planning to protect your wealth for future generations can be a sensitive subject and is personal to every individual. Saffery understands that every client will have their own story to tell, and it’s their job to listen and help create a blueprint for their future wealth journey.
Key pages were watermarked with the mechanism of an antique clock, another Swiss icon that suggests the idea of a blueprint to wealth. This imagery also reflects the lasting legacy that careful wealth and asset planning creates. Antique clocks are synonymous with heirlooms, heritage, tradition, wealth, luxury and meticulous attention to detail – all attributes of the Saffrey brand.
Finally, we opted for high end print finishes including a Singer Sewn spine using a navy thread, perfectly tying all design elements together.
THE RESULTS
The end result is a beautifully crafted luxury publication communicating Saffery’s ability to nurture premium client relationships over time, speaking directly to the creators of wealth and those who inherit from them.
